Learning magic tricks can be a great fun. Many people start learning simple card tricks, and end up as full blown professional magicians, entertaining thousands or millions of people all over the world. But everybody has to learn the basics first. If you want to learn how to become a magician, just take it one step at a time. Don't try to learn too much in a too short time. Focus on learning a few tricks in details before learning more complex ones. You can start with learning easy tricks, such as: *Balancing Ping Pong Ball *Cut & Restored Newspaper *Crushed & Restored Coke Can When you have become skilled at such tricks, you are ready to learn more difficult tricks, such as: *Levitation *Pen In Arm Illusion Just keep in mind that practice makes perfect. This applies to learning magic tricks just as with anything else you do in life. When learning from books, start from page one. Too many people race through the magic tricks book, trying to pick out bits they are eager to learn, and end up not really learning much at all. Here is a great tip for you. You can practice your magic tricks in front of the mirror, but if you can, use a video camera to record your performance. That way, you can both see and hear how you appear to your audience, and you can also use it to see what mistakes you did, and what parts of your act must be refined. Keep doing this until you are satisfied with your performance. Every magician fears that things will go wrong in front of their audience. That they will accidentally reveal something, or they will perhaps say something wrong because they suddenly panic. Just make sure you know your tricks from A - Z before performing in front of an audience. Maybe the biggest Magic Trick is to have fun and enjoy what you are doing!
